"Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Uttar Bang & Sikkim Vibhag"celebrated the 7th International Day of Yoga both Offline and Online.
Kolkata :(Report : Sanatan Mahakud): The program was started with 3 реР & Shanti Path (Bidushi Barman, Cooch Behar) followed by Geet (Bhanukumari Sharma, Gangtok).
Shri Gautam Ghoshal (Retd. Deputy Superintendent of Police) delivered the inaugural speech.
Badal Barman(Alipuduar), Birendra Dhakal(Kalimpong) & Subhankar Dey(Coochbehar) conducted the yoga session including Yoga Day Protocol, loosening exercise, Aasans and Pranayam.
Shri Manoj Das ( Life Worker, Vivekananda Kendra) enlightened about the concept of oneness through yoga. The whole programme was conducted by Anunika Sharma (Sah Sanyojak, Siliguri).
*109 participants attended offline and 61 participants attended Online* via Google Meet & Facebook Live.
